Welcome to Design 117! This class is going to be one of the most interesting and challenging in your viscom curriculum. To be competive as a visual desinger, you must become fluent in the language of the internet, web, and mobile media. To that end, my challenge is to help you become a code-warrior, interactive content developer and creative problem solver.
This blog is one place I will communicate trends and topics related to the web. I will also share sites that inspire and influce my design work and teaching. Today my web inspiration comes from a site that measures hits on daily web news articles and breaks them down by country. The most popular hits are larger. Very clever! I didn't do a very good job of explaining so you better take a look. Newsmap
